Rewind to Ableism! Meet Tommy Edison, who has been blind since birth, talks about describing colors to blind people.

Don't know how I stumbled across Tommy on my Youtube trolls, but I've been dying to post it since our class reading “The Country of the Blind” By H.G. Wells. I think Tommy Edison, deepens some of the class questions I posted on how worldviews construct the realities we experience. This video brought me back to a quote I read in one of Polisci books by the philosopher Ludwig Wittgenstein "to imagine a language means to imagine a form of life." I keep thinking about this, how does reflect language the realities we experience and how what does this say about our experience. Any thoughts?
